Orna is a professional K-Pop Dance instructor, who was trained at one of South Korea’s top dance schools, Def Dance Skool for 4 years. She trained alongside idols and trainees, represented Def Dance through video and stage performances, was the head dance teacher at several English Villages and head of programme development at Suyu English Village before returning to Ireland to set up classes here.

Since returning to Ireland in 2017, Orna has run her own dance school called Pink K-Pop Dance, which is proudly open to all K-Pop and K-Culture fans of any ability looking to learn their favourite dances, meet new friends and learn more about Korean Pop culture. 

She has worked with the Korean Embassy, taught dance at Korean culture workshops in secondary schools, was part of the programme of events for Lunar New Year in 2024 and 2025, regularly teaches at TCD and DCU and has previously taught at UCC and TUD. 

Orna’s greatest passion is working with beginners, especially those who are neurodivergent or have difficulties with co-ordinatioon, helping them to learn dance in a way that suits them and is fun for everyone.
