Isolations and core work
Body isolations are a huge part of K-Pop basics! Today we’ll learn how to add control to your moves with chest & hip isolations, and sharpen up your shapes by learning about leans & balances! Chest & Hip moves can feel a bit awkward and uncomfortable at first, having a sexy feeling when not used to them. However, they form the base of a lot of moves that are not at all sexy (as well as many that are!) and having these basics strong and practiced will give all your moves a boost!
